Recruitment is about much more than finding the right candidate. Placing consultants on projects domestically and overseas can involve many logistical and legislative challenges.
Procorre works in partnership with a network of incentivised introducers, which includes recruitment agencies, in-house recruiters and other consultancies, to overcome these and boost their returns.
We always strive to ensure our consultants have the best project opportunities, which suit their desired location, day rate and sector. This means that depending on our current project list, we may need to reach out to our recruitment partners to place our consultants in roles.
We only accept the best, most experienced consultants into Procorre, by partnering with Procorre and joining our Preferred Supplier List (PSL), our preferred suppliers gain access to this network of expert consultants.
The Procorre Project Team will work closely with our preferred suppliers, to suit our consultant’s skillsets to their roles. We will also work with our preferred suppliers to source suitable candidates for us when we have new projects.
Every Procorre Consultant placed comes with a full benefits package, including comprehensive medical cover, personal and professional indemnity insurance and our exclusive Project Income Guarantee - protecting their income against unexpected illness or injury. Not only does this protect and keep consultants happy on project, it gives peace of mind to both recruiters and clients too.
These benefits attract the very best consultants, equipped with a wealth of experience and proven records of success. This expertise ensures that they will complete your projects to exemplary standards.
Our consultants are invested in our business and projects through the Procorre Profit Share Programme rewarding their contribution to the group – maximising their satisfaction, commitment and loyalty.
We know that placing candidates overseas is challenging, involving dealing with diverse immigration, employment and taxation legislation. We work in partnership with our preferred suppliers to overcome these issues and ensure consultants have the correct visas and work permits and arrive on project, on schedule.
Our extensive in-country knowledge and relocation briefings help consultants to settle in unfamiliar locations. Recruiters also benefit from our in-country payroll and taxation management which ensures compliance with international tax regimes.
Wherever they are working in the world, we strive to ensure all our consultants are able to complete their projects without any delays or disruptions.
We’re trusted to deliver invaluable location knowledge on all issues affecting the international mobilisation of a workforce. We’re able to advise recruiters on logistic and compliance issues including tax, visa restrictions, employment legislation, working hours and calendars as well as specific risks of doing business in that country.
We want our partners to grow with us and are keen to help our partners increase their turnover and extend their international reach, even providing project funding when required.
We are on hand to offer our preferred suppliers the advice required in order to expand into new markets and locations.
We are also able to assist our preferred suppliers in winning new business; by offering tender support, assisting in the completion of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and even completing joint tenders.
Working with Procorre and our consultants means our preferred suppliers protect both their own and their client’s margins, as all our consultants are placed on project with our unique Project Disruption and Margin Covers. These insurances pay out a fixed fee for both our suppliers and clients, should a Procorre Consultant be unable to complete their project due to injury.
